Exceptional Rare Early 19th Century ‘Hoopoo’ Snuff Box

Extremely rare Exotic 19th Century French snuff box depicting a Hoopoo Bird. Beautifully carved from Boxwood and with hand coloured Pen work. Dating from the second half of the 19thC and in exceptional unused condition. The lid and hinge in perfect condition. 10cm’s long and 8cm’s tall. Circa 1860
